Reawakening Resource Kit

The Reawakening Resource Kit was designed to help ex-offenders transition from prison to the community, but it can be used by anyone who needs help finding community resources. The listings below will help you find activities, groups and organizations that match your needs and interests. We are very grateful to Weed & Seed Honolulu for funding this project and the Honolulu Advisory Council and Hoowaiwai Na Kamalii, creators of the original Ohana Resource Kit. Please feel free to use these resources yourself and share them with friends, family members, clients and co-workers.
