When a woman arrives, she is assigned a case manager who helps her develop a program plan based on her individual needs and goals. She will continue to meet with her case manager twice a month throughout her stay at the program. Integral to the everyday life of the resident, case managers provide counseling, support, and referrals to needed services. Case managers work closely with the rest of the staff team to deliver high quality, individualized services to each resident.
