| Our program maintains a high degree of structure with clear standards of personal conduct and responsibility. Within this structured setting residents are made aware, sometimes for the first time in their lives, of what is expected of them and that they will be held accountable for their actions. Our 24-hour security staff monitor their activities, perform random drug and alcohol screening, and maintain a consistent, stable environment where women with turbulent pasts can make and sustain positive changes. As residents demonstrate responsibility and meet personal and employment goals, they earn privileges and increased freedom, helping them gradually transition back to independent living.
